Should you wish to return an item for any reason, DOGSTORY NETWORK co. will cheerfully and promptly do so at your request within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your purchase minus shipping charges. You may also exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. We believe our products are that great and think you will too!

Every effort is made to package and ship merchandise to our valued consumers safely. However, accidents do occur and there is always a risk when shipping fragile goods. Should your purchase arrive flawed or damaged in any way, you may return it to Dogstory Network co. for an exchange or a full refund. In such incident that your purchase arrives damaged, less costs. Sorry, we cannot pay for shipping the goods back to us.

You must return the item with invoice and in the original packaging in order for us to correctly process the transaction. Please send all exchanges and returns via insured mail to:

SPECIAL ITEMS AND BACK ORDERS
Specialt items, may take time to arrive after purchase. Some specialty items are made to order. There are no returns on specialty or custom made orders. Custom and specialty orders are billed at the point of sale. If you feel you have made such an order in error, please contact us immediately. If the artist has not begun work on such order, we will attempt to cancel it for you. You may expect such orders to arrive anywhere from 6-8 weeks depending upon the item you have purchased. Approximate time frames are listed under each product in the description.

If the item you purchased is not a special item, but was placed on back order, it should take from 2-4 weeks for delivery. Any questions or concerns regarding a specialty item purchase or item placed on backorder can be addressed with consumer support at e-mail address: info-arobas-dogstory.net
